Customer must furnish a copy of competitors bid, prior to install. Equipment must be of comparable size and quality. Single units will be beat by up to $500. Competitor bid must be from a licensed contractor working out of a business location – not a home. Price Guarantee only applies to residential systems.
Same model or equivalent specs (capacity, efficiency ratings, stages, brand tier).
Identical scope of work including ductwork, electrical, condensate, pad, crane, haul‑away, and start-up.
Same warranty length on parts, labor, and workmanship.
Install date within 30 days of the competitor’s quote date.
